Handwriting, grammar, spelling, and our new 3-point paragraphs for the week ended with Puppet Play scripts and a fire drill.

Students have explorer unit expectations.  They should be researching everything they can about their explorer:

• early life
• how became an explorer
• expeditions (dates)
• flag of country
• plants, land description, animals, agriculture, minerals, religions, traditions, people your explorer met on his journey
• sketches, samples, treasures, anything helpful for the king to decide whether or not to claim the country
• date of birth and death
• must be neat and best cursive
• annual rainfall and temperature grahs
• mode of transportation model
• map
• food
• trunk
